When the first rejection came, she took it with stride!
So what if her dreams downgraded a little, there are plenty of big theatre houses!

Eclair adjusts her bowtie and brown blazer in the mirror, muttering curses at empty air --- or a certain golden-masked fool.
She gives her shoulders a little shake and smooths over her skirt, it is important to look her best for her first day of work! This theatre house has three wings, and even then it is but little larger than her school's canteen!
"Six months... No, two weeks! In two weeks, I'll be running this place! This is just a springboard job!"
Ohohoho! The ambitions and delulu of youth! It isn't enough for her to be a dramaturg...
... she has to be the dramaturg.
Whatever 'vtubing' business her new boss, El Dramaturg wanted her to do, she would excel at it!
She would excel at everything, as usual, as always and as expected of a graduate of Hakou Emporium! When she has wowed over the house actresses, surely the stage-director would replace---

Once again, Eclair's dreams and fantasies had to be put on hold for now, as she glares with gritted teeth to her room's door.

She wrenches open the wooden door, but with professionalism!
There, standing in the doorway, is her new boss.
In all of his high-collared red cloak and smiling golden theatre mask affixed to his face, he towers over his much smaller colleague, this is the man of the house, El Dramaturg.
Perhaps mistaking Eclair's disdain for morning nervousness, El Dramaturg chooses his words carefully...
... which is to say he doesn't choose at all!
"Well then, Eclair-chan, a world full of hopes and dreams with AI vtubers... awaits!"
