Private Dramaturgy Service Becomes Real!
Today, a small side door opened inside House Delaroux.
Not a grand debut. Not a trumpet blast. Just a quiet sign being hung:
Private Story Dramaturgy Services.
For a long time, Hell’s Theatre has been a place where stories were built, broken, repaired, argued with, rehearsed, and occasionally set on fire in the name of learning. Somewhere along the way, I realized something simple:
I don’t only like writing stories. I like understanding them.
How they breathe. Where they lie to themselves. Where they secretly want to go.
So today, that craft becomes something formal.
There are now three doors:
Story Diagnostic – careful written feedback
Workshop Pass – one project, one session, hands on the workbench
Private Dramaturg Retainer – long-form collaboration, by invitation
All of them come with rules. Boundaries. Word limits. Scheduling. Exit clauses. Not because I want distance, but because I want the work to stay healthy.
This isn’t coaching. It isn’t therapy. It isn’t marketing.
It’s story craft. Backstage work. Notes in the margins. Quiet conversations about structure, pacing, tone, and why a character refuses to walk through a door.
The theatre continues as before. Two chapters a week when it can. Pictures when they arrive. Ghost lights when the house is empty.
This new wing exists so the house can keep standing even when the wind gets strange.
If you find it, welcome. If you don’t, the stage is still warm.
