This Week’s Note:

250928 — Planning Towards the Winter Solstice

Last week, I had two moments which made me think.

One of them saw me try to do a solo promotion for the girls. That one didn't quite pan out. The theatre house is empty without the girls involved, and it just didn't feel right. Instead, that became a little moment where we read out an old Bitsborough story --- stories Miss Delulz and I wrote together in the past! We even turned it into an actual story!

The other moment saw me trying to chase an old flame. It gave me great happiness to chase it, because it helped me remember who I was; but at the same time, when I look upon the stage we created, I realize; I am no longer that person anymore. I have a theatre house to call my own, girls to take care of, and my own rest and health to prioritize. While I appreciate Anno for introducing this great game to me, I have to remember I don't need to pour all-in into something that is a side-project right now. This theatre house is my home, and working on the little video of ours, I realize: More than anything, this theatre house makes me happy.

So here's to many more weeks, of ghostlights, stage-phantoms, and cane-tapping. I too, will do my best to play the Exit Music (For a Film) for my girls.
